Who we are
Total Theme Demos (https://totalwpthemedemo.com) is a demonstration site operated by Symple Workz LLC, doing business as WPExplorer, in Nevada, United States. It exists so that people can preview the designs available in our Total WordPress theme before buying it.

What this site is
Apart from this policy, our Cookie Policy and our Terms of Service, every page here is a demo. There are no user accounts, no registration, and nothing to sign up for.
Any forms shown on this site are provided for demonstration purposes only. Information entered into them is not collected, stored, or transmitted, and no submissions are received.
Put simply, we do not collect personal information from visitors. We keep no database of visitors, no contact records and no profiles.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies, and you are asked about the optional ones before they are set. The necessary ones, which remember your cookie choice and keep the site working, are set without consent because the site cannot function without them.
Every cookie is named and described on our Cookie Policy page, including what it is for and how long it lasts.

Server logs
The site is hosted by WP Engine, whose network sits behind Cloudflare. Both keep standard server logs, which record the IP address making a request, the page requested, the time, and the browser’s user agent. For more information about how they process personal data, please refer to their respective privacy policies.
These logs exist to keep the site online and to block attacks and abusive traffic. We do not use them to identify anyone, we do not combine them with anything else, and we do not build reports from them. Cloudflare also sets security cookies for the same purpose, which are listed on the Cookie Policy page.
Analytics
We do not run any analytics on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no pixel, no heatmap tool and no self-hosted stats plugin. We do not measure page views, sessions or visitor behavior anywhere in the demos.
Shop demos
Some demos use WooCommerce to show what a shop built with the theme looks like. The products are placeholders and the shop is not real.
You cannot place an order
No payment method is configured, so checkout cannot be completed. If you reach the checkout page it will tell you there are no payment methods available. Nothing is charged and no order is created. We never receive card details, because there is no payment processor connected to this site at all.
Cart cookies
WooCommerce sets a session cookie so that items you add to a demo cart persist as you browse. It holds no personal data and is listed on the Cookie Policy page.
Embedded content
Some demos embed content from YouTube, Vimeo and Google Maps to show how the theme handles video and maps. These do not appear on every page, but you may run into them.
Embeds are held behind a placeholder until you choose to load them. Until you accept, nothing is requested from the provider and no cookies are set, because the address is removed from the page on our server rather than simply hidden in your browser.
Once you load one, that provider can set its own cookies and see your IP address, under its own privacy policy rather than ours:
You are asked about each of these separately, so accepting a video does not also accept maps, and you can withdraw either at any time from the cookie settings link above.
We reduce what these providers collect where we can. YouTube embeds are loaded from youtube-nocookie.com, and Vimeo embeds are asked not to track.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell or share personal data. We have none to sell.
- We do not run advertising or ad-targeting scripts.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to how it is used. In practice the only personal data here is the IP address recorded in server logs, which we cannot connect to a person.
To make a request, email hello@wpexplorer.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time, since the demos change and so do the services behind them. Any change takes effect as soon as it is published here, and the date shown at the top of this page tells you when that was.
Changes are not announced, so if this matters to you, check back before relying on an earlier version.
