This site is operated by Symple Workz LLC, doing business as WPExplorer, in Nevada, United States. By using it you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.

What this site is for

Apart from this policy, Cookie Policy and our Terms of Service, every page here exists to demonstrate the designs available in our WordPress theme.

The text, products, prices, reviews, contact details, images, and any other content you see are placeholders. Nothing on this site constitutes a real offer, and no content should be relied upon as accurate or current information.

Shop demos have no payment method configured, so no orders can be placed and no payments are ever processed.

Any forms that request personal information, including your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, or similar details, are provided for demonstration purposes only. Information entered into these forms is not collected, stored, or transmitted.

This also applies to sample contact forms. While they may display a successful submission message to demonstrate the user experience, no message is actually sent and no information is received or retained.

Acceptable use

You are welcome to browse the demos as much as you like. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, its server or its database that is not made public.
  • Interfere with the site or the servers behind it, including by scraping at a rate that degrades service for others.
  • Use automated tools to copy the site wholesale. The demo importer built into the theme is the exception, since fetching demo content is what it is for.
  • Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that would put us in breach of a law or an agreement with a third party.

We may block access from any address that does any of the above.

Content and copyright

The theme, its designs, its code, and the layouts shown here belong to us or to our licensors. Purchasing the theme grants you a license to use it, and the terms of that license are provided where you purchase the theme rather than on this page.

Demo content is different. Photographs, illustrations, icons, fonts, and sample text used in these demos are licensed to us for the purpose of demonstrating the theme. Browsing this site does not grant you any rights to that content, and copying material directly from these demo pages for use in your own project is not permitted.

The demo importer included with the theme is the exception. It imports demo content into your own site to help you recreate the demo layout, including images that we are permitted to redistribute as part of the importer. Demo content is intended to help you get started and should generally be replaced with your own branding, text, and media before publishing a live website. Your use of imported content is subject to your theme license and any applicable third-party licensing terms.

Image credits

The photographs and graphics in these demos come from third party sites, used with permission or under their licensing terms, and they are included in the demo import so you receive them when you import a demo. They come from the following sources:

If you have any doubt about using one of these images on your own site, check the licensing terms on the site it came from or contact them directly.

We take image rights seriously and go to some trouble to use only material we are allowed to use. If you believe an image or anything else on this site infringes your rights, email hello@wpexplorer.com with enough detail to identify the material and where it appears. We will look into it promptly and remove anything we should not be using.

Third party content

Some demos embed videos and maps from YouTube, Vimeo and Google Maps, and some link out to other sites. That content belongs to whoever published it and is governed by their terms, not ours. We do not control it and we are not responsible for it.

Availability

This site is provided free of charge and as a convenience. We may change, rebuild, move or take down any demo at any time, and we may reset demo content whenever we choose. We do not promise that the site will be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we do not promise that any particular demo will still be here tomorrow.

No warranty

The site and everything on it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this may not apply to you in full.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Symple Workz LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption, even if we have been told such loss is possible.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from them belongs in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you agree to that venue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Any change takes effect as soon as it is published here, and the date shown at the top of the page tells you when that was. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
